Meet Laura Schneiderjohn and Kodiak
Customer Service
Hi! I'm Laura, and this is my Siberian Husky, Kodiak. It's my voice you usually hear when you call Pet-Source with questions about your order. It's the absolute perfect job for me because I am an animal lover from way back.
Kodiak, by the way, is not an "only dog." Hardly! I've got five more back home -- plus three cats. Each one is like a member of my family. If you've got a minute, Kodiak would love to tell you more about himself and introduce you to the whole clan!
In the meantime, I just want you to know how much I enjoy learning about your pets and answering your questions. I've been doing it for five years now, and of all the jobs I've had over the past 25 years, it's by far the one I LOVE most. If people cared about each other as much as they care about their animals, this world would be a better place.
I'm waiting to hear from you...

Meet Sue Boland and Joey
Shipping
Hello everyone! My name is Sue, and this is my miracle dog, Joey. Together, we run the Pet-Source Warehouse.
After you place an order, we make sure everything is packed and shipped correctly. We are very particular. Okay, I take care of the technical details…Joey is here mostly for moral support.
But I am so glad he is here. There was a time when we weren't sure he would be. He has quite a story to tell. In fact, he'd like to introduce you to our entire family if you have a minute! Once you learn about all of them, you'll understand why he enjoys his one-on-one time with me here every day.
As for me? I was born in the city, but grew up to become a country girl. I brought home my first stray animal -- a rabbit -- when I was eight. I've been looking out for others ever since. That includes YOU and your pets, which is why I take my shipping responsibilities here at Pet-Source so seriously.
Look for my name on your packing slip!

Meet Marcie Indelicato and Babydoll
Personal Shopper
Hey there! It's me, Marcie, your Pet-Source personal shopper. And this is Babydoll, my sweet, adorable and did-I-mention-CUTE Shih Tzu.
I am one of those lucky people who can't wait to get to work each day. Why? Because I get to spend my day SHOPPING. That's right, my job is to learn about you and your pets, and then help you find exactly what you need. Even if something's not on our website, I can usually track it down for you. Our customers will back me up on that!
How much do I love pets? When I was seven, I used to read the "dog ads" in the newspaper to my mom. I begged and begged -- till she got me a Pekinese mutt named Happy -- which pretty much describes how I feel whenever I'm around animals.
These days, in addition to Babydoll, I also have a Shiba Inu named Timber. (She fell over a lot when she was a pup. Hence, the name.) Then there are our three cats -- Albert Einstein, Rena and Itty Bitty Kitty. I've also got four kids -- 3 girls and 1 boy -- who range in age from 11 to 18 and who truly make my life complete.
But enough about me. I want to hear about you and your pets. Give me a call, and we'll go shopping!
Marcie

Meet Sherry Huber and Harlow
Vice President of Operations
First of all, I want to make one thing perfectly clear: I am NOT a stage mom. No, I'm just plain old Sherry. The fact that I'm "mom" to our Company SpokesDog, Harlow, is purely a coincidence.
Officially, I'm in charge of Pet-Source's operations. Unofficially, Harlow is REALLY the one running the show. I didn't plan it that way. No, I was just trying to make my three sons happy when I rescued her, the runt of a 10-puppy litter, in 2009. Little did I know she was a natural-born ham.
How did Harlow get to be SpokesDog? I'll let her speak for herself.
My life is a little more mundane. In addition to raising my boys, I've spent the last 20 years helping other people grow their businesses -- from a health and beauty manufacturer, to a company that made high-tech tools used in brain research. In fact, that's where I first met Doug, our president.
But that's all behind me now as I concentrate on making Pet-Source the most efficient, friendly and successful company of its kind. Oh yeah, it should be a fun place to work and to shop, too! But "fun" is Harlow's department.
By the way, I'm always looking for great ideas on how we might make Pet-Source even better. Feel free to share your’s anytime!
Sherry

Meet Doug Martin and Sox
President
Welcome to Pet-Source! I'm Doug. And while I may be "top dog" at our company, I'm anything BUT that when I head home.
The truth is, I've always been more of a cat-person myself. Just ask Sox here. She's the tabby that my sons and I rescued in 2009. We thought she'd make a good companion for Hershey, our Orange Persian, who's starting to get up in years. I'll let Sox pick up the story from there. She's a much better story-teller than I'll ever be!
It's a dream-come-true for me to be here at Pet-Source. Up until a few years ago, I had been president of a business that manufactured laboratory supplies and medical instruments used to screen for and treat cancer and other diseases. We did a lot of great things that helped advance the science of medicine, and grew the company more than 1000% over 10 years.
After selling that company in 2008 to Leica Microsystems, I wanted to find another way to use my skills to make a difference in people's lives. But how? What did I feel passionate Pet-Source is where I was meant to be. After getting to know everyone here, I hope you feel the same way.

Meet Dr. Barry Leek, and Bentley
Staff Veterinarian
Greetings from Hayburner Ranch! I'm Dr. Barry Leek and with me here is Bentley, my trusty Saint Bernard. In addition to being Pet-Source's staff veterinarian, I help my wife and kids run our 180-acre ranch, complete with its own petting zoo. Yes, we have llamas, cows, a Newfoundland named Oliver, an English Mastiff named Atlas -- even two Clydesdales that came straight to us from the world-famous Anheuser-Busch stock!
My love of animals goes way back. I grew up on a farm in Missouri and then studied veterinary medicine at the University of Missouri-Columbia. I worked as an ER vet for 13 years in Florida before moving my practice back to the Midwest.
I'm the vet that the folks at Pet-Source consult with when there are questions about your pet's medications. Like everyone else here, I know how much your pets mean to you. Their health is our number one concern, too. So if you have a question about the medicine they're taking, please drop me a line, and I'll do my best to help.
All the best to you,
Dr. Leek

Meet Brady Kurtz and Sage
Website programmer
Hi! I'm Brady, and I guess I'm the odd man out because I don't currently have a dog. My wife and I have the only thing that's better: a beautiful baby girl named Sage.
But that doesn't mean I'm not an animal-crazy guy. I grew up on a 15-acre farm outside of Cincinnati, where we always had at least three dogs. Lucky, a feisty Dalmatian, was probably my favorite. But we had a Rottweiler, a beagle and a black lab, too, not to mention pet rabbits. Once Sage gets a little older, we'll make sure she has a pet, too.
I'm a recent graduate of Brigham Young University, where I received a degree in Computer Information Technology. I've been helping Pet-Source build and maintain its online store for quite a while now.
And I love it, because it combines two of my favorite things: computer programming and puppies. Can you think of a better combination?
I want our website to be as easy to navigate and as helpful as possible. So please, send me your ideas, as well as pictures of you and your pets. I'll keep you posted on Sage's progress, too.

Jennifer Rich, R.Ph. and Pico
Pharmacist
Hi! I'm Jennifer, Pet-Source's pharmacist. Standing in for me today is my Bischon, Pico. See, I missed Picture Day at work, and Pico is much cuter than one of those "Photo Not Available" signs.
The important thing is, you found me. And you guessed it -- it's my job to fill the prescriptions your vet orders for your pet.
But I'm not like most other pharmacists you might know. Oh, I'm a graduate of the St. Louis College of Pharmacy and have been fully registered and dispensing medicine for the past 20 years. But I've also developed a specialty in natural healing. That means I'm able to make alternative natural products for your pet. We're talking some really effective and safe stuff. If you're interested in learning more, just ask.
Pico is our family's only pet right now. It wasn't always that way. I grew up with cats -- black cats were my favorite. Later, my husband and I had two border collies. Then our two boys came along. Oh, I'll let Pico tell you more so you get it straight from the dog's mouth. Although I'm warning you: she'd probably rather you just squirt her with the hose.
The important thing is, whether you're looking for traditional or alternative medicines, I'm here to help. I care very much about your pets' health and will do my part to help ensure they live long and happy lives.
Jennifer

Brandon Fishman
Internet Marketing Inc.
Greetings from sunny Southern California! My name is Brandon Fishman, and here with me I've got Boomer and Bella, my two golden doodles.
I know, I know. Everyone else just has ONE pet in their picture with them. But if you knew Bella, you'd understand why that just wasn't possible for me. Bella loves attention, and I would have been in the doghouse for a week if I had chosen Boomer over her.
My wife and I found both our dogs on the internet, which is fitting, given that I'm in the internet marketing business. My job here is to help spread the word about Harlow, Pet-Source, and all the amazing things going on here. Which means I've got pretty much the sweetest job on the planet.
I've loved dogs since I was a kid growing up in Philadelphia, and couldn't wait to get Boomer after I finished grad school at the University of San Diego. In fact, when I was first starting out in business, I'm pretty sure it was the sound of him barking in the background that convinced some fellow dog-lovers to give me a shot.
Yes, dogs are good.
Brandon
